Professional photo and art prints on premium specialty papers, available in custom sizes up to 13×19". Each print is produced using archival pigment inks (giclée printing) for exceptional color accuracy, fine detail, and lasting gallery quality.
Each image is carefully reviewed and printed by our studio, with thoughtful handling and attention to detail from file to final print.

Optional editing services are available, and we’re happy to work directly with you to do light portrait retouching, adjust color, exposure and fine details as needed.

- Place your order and we’ll email you a secure and private link for you to upload photos. We accept standard image formats as well as RAW files.
COPYRIGHT NOTICE
We’re unable to print copyrighted or trademarked images, including movie posters, album artwork, or commercial illustrations, without authorization.
By placing an order, you confirm that you own the rights to the images submitted or have permission from the copyright holder to reproduce them. Harlowe Studios is not responsible for copyright violations resulting from images provided by customers. We reserve the right to refuse orders that appear to violate copyright law.
CUSTOMER CONTACT
If we reach out with questions or concerns regarding an order and do not receive a response within a reasonable timeframe, we may proceed using our best judgment or place the order on hold until confirmation is received.
PHOTO RETENTION
Customer images are used solely for the purpose of fulfilling orders and are handled with care. We do not share or use your images for marketing or any other purposes, without explicit approval.
We keep images only as long as needed to complete your order and ensure everything arrives as expected. Files are retained for up to 30 days after shipping, then permanently deleted.
Before printing, we review each image for overall quality, including resolution and suitability for the selected print size. If an image is too low in resolution or may not produce a quality result at the size ordered, we’ll reach out to discuss options before anything is printed.
Every print is produced with care and attention in our studio. If your order arrives damaged or there’s a printing issue on our end that we missed, please let us know and we’ll gladly replace it.
REFUNDS
Because all prints are custom-made from your images, we’re unable to offer refunds once printing has begun. However, if you have questions or would like adjustments made prior to printing — including optional editing services — we’re happy to work with you to ensure the best possible outcome.
Most photos taken on phones and modern cameras don’t match the exact aspect ratios of standard print sizes. As a result, cropping may be required to fit your selected size.
Before printing, we review each image and if necessary adjust the crop thoughtfully to preserve the composition. If cropping would significantly affect the image — or remove important details — we’ll reach out to discuss options with you before anything is printed.
For images that don’t fit standard sizes cleanly, custom matting is also available. Matting allows your full image to be preserved while still fitting a standard frame, and can be a great option for non-standard photos.
Most orders are typically completed and shipped within about a week. Larger prints or orders that include editing or custom services may take a bit longer, and we’ll always reach out if timing changes.
All prints are shipped via USPS using First Class shipping within the United States. A tracking number will be provided once your order ships.
Prints 8×10 and smaller are carefully packaged in a reinforced padded mailer to prevent bending or damage during transit. Larger prints — 11×17 and 13×19 — are rolled and shipped in a sturdy tube for safe delivery.
If you prefer a different shipping carrier, need expedited delivery, or have special packaging requests, feel free to reach out before or shortly after placing your order and we’ll do our best to accommodate.
