Matte is a great all-around choice. Gloss adds extra pop and shine.

We’ll email you a secure upload link once your order is placed. For now enter the file name or a short description of your image.
Choose the dimension that matters most. We’ll scale the other dimension to preserve your design’s aspect ratio.
Enter the size for the priority dimension (for example: “3” if you want the sticker’s width to be 3 inches).
- Each distinct sticker design should be ordered as its own cart item, with quantity determining the number of stickers to print.
- Automatic savings - order 5 or more stickers and your discount will apply automatically at checkout.
- Place your order and we’ll send you a secure upload link for your artwork/design file.
- Enter a design/file name so we can match uploads to your order.
- Select a priority dimension (Width or Height) and enter the requested size. The other dimension is scaled automatically to preserve the design’s aspect ratio.
COPYRIGHT NOTICE
We’re unable to print copyrighted or trademarked images, including movie posters, album artwork, or commercial illustrations, without authorization.
By placing an order, you confirm that you own the rights to the images, artwork or design submitted or have permission from the copyright holder to reproduce them. Harlowe Studios is not responsible for copyright violations resulting from artwork and designs provided by customers. We reserve the right to refuse orders that appear to violate copyright law.
CUSTOMER CONTACT
If we reach out with questions or concerns regarding an order and do not receive a response within a reasonable timeframe, we may proceed using our best judgment or place the order on hold until confirmation is received.
ARTWORK/DESIGN RETENTION
Customer files are used solely for the purpose of fulfilling orders and are handled with care. We do not share or use your files for marketing or any other purposes, without explicit approval.
We keep files only as long as needed to complete your order and ensure everything arrives as expected. Files are retained for up to 30 days after shipping, then permanently deleted.
Every order is produced with care and attention in our studio. If your order arrives damaged or there’s a production issue on our end that we missed, please let us know and we’ll gladly replace it.
Since stickers are custom-made, we can’t offer refunds once production has started. If you have any questions about sizing before we print, include a note at checkout and we’ll reach out.
All stickers are shipped via USPS using First Class shipping within the United States. A tracking number will be provided once your order ships.
Stickers are carefully packaged in a reinforced padded mailer to prevent bending or damage during transit.
If you prefer a different shipping carrier, need expedited delivery, or have special packaging requests, feel free to reach out before or shortly after placing your order and we’ll do our best to accommodate.
